Whey proteins contained in Long® 80 Multiprotein are made up by whey CFM isolate, whey CFM concentrate, also hydrolyzed whey proteins: enzymatically hydrolyzed whey concentrate with degree of hydrolysis DH 32, enzymatically hydrolyzed whey concentrate with degree of hydrolysis DH 5 and enzymatically hydrolyzed 90% whey isolate with degree of hydrolysis DH 8 (by older version of this product only enzymatically hydrolyzed whey concentrate with degree of hydrolysis DH 32).
CFM is absolutely natural non-chemical process using no chemicals or dissolving agents.CFM is the most gentle existing method of protein manufacturing because the raw ingredient isn´t manufactured by any factors as high pressure, high temperature or ions. It only goes through ceramic filters by force of its own weight. That´s why the final protein is intact – so called „virgin“.
